Before deciding on a solar installation for my house, I first thoroughly checked the Phoenix website. Compared to other solar installation sites, theirs was exceptionally clear, well-explained, and easy to navigate.

I contacted them to schedule a site survey and clearly communicated my requirements. Although a few points needed clarification along the way, we resolved them smoothly thanks to mutual understanding. Due to new government regulations, I ultimately decided to go with an off-grid system. Because of weather conditions, the planned installation date had to be rescheduled, which was completely understandable, and Phoenix communicated this to us promptly and clearly. Thank you for that!

In my view, special credit goes to the installation team. Supervisor Mr. Janaka Bandara played an outstanding role. He leads his team with real talent and expertise. Since I live abroad, he kept me updated on the progress every single day. Through video calls, he walked me through both the equipment setup and the solar panel installation on the roof in great detail. I truly appreciate that!

Although the entire project is not fully completed yet, I have received numerous photos of the work so far. Everything looks incredibly neat, professional, and well-executed. It makes me very happy to see such talented young professionals working in my home country.

As a final tip, I highly recommend contacting this company if you are planning to install a solar energy system—they truly go the extra mile.

Thank you for the excellent service. The installation was neat, the products matched the quotation perfectly, and the final setup turned out better than expected.

Despite the slight delay in delivering the battery and inverter, your service remained top-notch. Special thanks to Mr. Akmal for his prompt replies and smooth coordination as CEO.
I hope to see this same quality maintained in your after-sales service as well. 😊
Thanks again.

Recently I made an order for a LiFePO4 battery pack from Phoenix Solar (Pvt) Ltd. They designed and assembled the battery pack as per my requirement and now I can expand its capacity whenever I need. They have very attractive battery enclosure which is ideal to keep even in a living room.
As an Electrical Engineer and a Researcher in solar energy, I would recommend Phoenix Solar team for any of your solar energy related requirements. They conduct professional work, with immense knowledge and safety at the best.

Their after sales service is much appreciated. I noticed an issue with the battery pack within two days. They attended at their earliest and fixed it which was a manufacturing fault in one of battery cells. They were so responsible to check the performance of battery pack for another two hours with different loads to ensure that solution is well implemented.

Good place to have an excellent service for your investment.

Here I'm editing this review on 24th September 2026 after almost 3 years.

After upgrading my battery, I decided to upgrade my entire solar PV system with Phoenix Solar Solutions in December 2023. I installed a 3 kW Deye hybrid inverter along with additional solar panels, including angle correction and a supporting roof structure. Although I'm living out of Sri Lanka, I could get everything completed via Whatsapp without any issue. The team kept me updated on all progress, with images, videos, and video calls when necessary.

What has impressed me most is their commitment to after-sales service. The Phoenix Solar team has visited my property every year for annual maintenance, and the most recent maintenance was completed today. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and confident in what they do.

They have the proper equipment to safely clean the solar panels without damaging the anti-reflective coating on the panel surface. During the maintenance, they also thoroughly checked and cleaned the switchgear, busbar chambers, inverter heat sinks, and other components. This level of preventive maintenance gives me confidence that the system will continue to perform reliably and helps extend its overall lifespan.

Another thing I really appreciate is that I don’t have to spend time contacting them to request annual maintenance. Phoenix Solar proactively monitors their customer installations and plans maintenance well in advance. They then contact us to check our availability and schedule the maintenance at a convenient time. This is a level of customer care that is rarely seen in Sri Lanka.

After-sales service is one of the biggest concerns for any solar PV customer. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a professional, reliable, and dedicated level of after-sales support when I decided to do the upgrade with them, especially when many companies don’t always deliver on the promises made at the quotation stage.

However, Phoenix Solar has genuinely exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to maintaining customer trust, providing excellent support, and ensuring the continued performance of the system is truly impressive.

I’m very happy with both the system and, especially, the after-sales service. I highly recommend Phoenix Solar Solutions to anyone considering a solar PV system. I sincerely hope they continue this excellent level of service in the future.
