"I’ve had two solar projects completed through Phoenix Solar Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.  A 6kW on-grid hybrid system and a 6kW off-grid hybrid system. Both projects were completed successfully and have performed well overall.

The company is led by Mr. Akmal Gunasekara, Managing Director & CEO, who is clearly the driving force behind the business. Due to his many commitments, he can sometimes be difficult to reach directly. However, there are a few members of his team who are approachable, responsive, and willing to assist whenever support is needed.

What stands out most to me about Phoenix Solar Solutions is their reliability and commitment to their customers. I experienced an issue with the 32kWh battery packs installed as part of my off-grid system. Rather than overlooking the matter, the team took the time to analyze and monitor the issue, and once the root cause was identified, they replaced the battery packs with brand-new units. Since then, the issue appears to have been resolved.

What impressed me most was that they remained committed to finding a solution long after the installation was completed. Their willingness to stand behind their work and take responsibility when challenges arise reflects the kind of company they are.
